What do you offer?

My journey in wedding planning began in the picturesque landscapes of Portugal and I'm now establishing my business in the UK. We are also expanding to Brazil! I work tirelessly to create weddings that are both unforgettable and uniquely tailored to the couple's vision.

Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ community?

In 2022 I planned my first wedding within the LGBTQ+ community and it was only then when I met the couple that they showed me how difficult it is to find LGBTQ+ suppliers and the difficulties they were facing planning their wedding... They told me about their experiences visiting venues where they didn't feel welcomed as a couple as everyone kept asking where the "groom" was and ever since then I decided that I would do everything I possibly could for everyone to feel welcome!

Allyship

I try to educate my kids the best I can about the LGBTQ+ community and refrain from using she/he pronouns if we are not sure those are the correct pronouns.

In my business, I don't work with wedding suppliers that aren't LGBTQ+ inclusive, I refrain from using the terms groom/bride and I don't cater my website directly to brides or grooms.

I also include pronouns in my website and social media, and I don't make assumptions about others.
