Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ community?

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community it feels like coming home to serve couples I can relate to. It makes me proud to be part of such a special day - one which, let’s face to, until too recently was not even possible! I am ready to share in and celebrate your happiness!

Allyship

I am a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and a proud ally of all those who stand for it. I can relate to feeling excluded as well as included based purely on who I am, so I am keen to ensure all those I work with and serve feel they can be entirely themselves. Making sure all my points of contact are fully inclusive, that I am encouraging the sharing of pronoun preferences, and promoting these values as a member of a DEI committee on weekdays! Every step, however small, is a step in the right direction!
