Butch Salads is a proudly LGBTQ+ and woman-owned catering company based in South East London and Hastings. We cook with the best seasonal and sustainable ingredients on offer and are proud to work with the best of London’s produce suppliers.

We are a proudly LGBTQ+ and woman-owned business, and we love working with queer clients to fulfil their ideas and hopes for their wedding! We are passionate about bringing our service to community members and working closely with each client to deliver fresh, seasonal catering to suit every taste and budget.

Allyship

We proudly celebrate the fact that we are an independent queer and woman-owned business. We are passionate about creating safer spaces, and have implemented a safer spaces policy to ensure all employees have a thorough understanding of diversity and inclusion. We love working with queer people and always have a mind for diversity when it comes to recruiting new staff and working with new clients.

Every staff briefing includes an introduction to each others' pronouns, and we ensure all suppliers we work with are also respectful of diversity and inclusion.
