What do you offer?

Den Bake Shop creates luxury, custom-designed celebration cakes for discerning flavour lovers. I offer buttercream + ganache wedding cakes and sweet canapés that combine traditional and unique flavours, with an extra touch of Caribbean flex.

Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ community? 

As a child of Jamaican immigrants, I know only too well what it is to be othered - what is offered as "mainstream" rarely feels like it includes people like me. It should. Delicious cake and sweet things are for all lovers, whomever you love, and I can't wait to make some for you.

Allyship

As an ally, I'm careful with my language, both on using the correct pronouns with current and potential clients, and ensuring the vocabulary on my website, blogs and social media is inclusive. I also prioritise exhibiting with wedding fairs and directories that are openly committed to being representative and inclusive, such as Most Curious, The Un-Wedding Show and Rock My Wedding.
