Specialising in bespoke & made to measure wedding attire for all folks falling in love, while giving a shit about our planet. Hand crafted in a small atelier in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Velvet Johnstone believes in slow, sustainable, ethical design; iconic pieces you’ll want to wear again & again. 

Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ community?

Why would i not?  I truly believe love holds no boundaries. I’m here to celebrate you, your love, your lover/s & everything you are. it is my intention to make clothes that become an extension of you, co-created with you so that you feel 100% you.
